Refund & Return Policy
By subscribing to a newspapers/magazines/ online news published by Advance Info Media & Events (MashAd MultiCom Pvt Ltd), you:
- May unsubscribe to a magazine at any time during the subscription. Simply by notifying at our email info@advanceinfomedia.com with your credentials like your name, order number, publication/s to be refunded and reason for the refund, and the request will be processed within 5 working days. You will receive a refund of the proportion of the cost of subscription relating to those issues not sent to you prior to the date that your request is processed. Your refund will be paid to the credit card used to purchase the original order. If the card is no longer valid (eg, it has expired) a cheque payment will be issued. The cheque will be sent to the address provided by you.
- May request an additional issue should the original issue delivered be damaged or missing. In no circumstances will you receive a refund for the issue received by you.
- Will receive a refund of the proportion of the cost of subscription relating to those magazines not sent to you prior to the date that your request is processed should the issues you are subscribed to cease to continue.
Delivery Policy.
Advance Info Media & Events (MashAd MultiCom Pvt Ltd) requests all the subscribers to take up with courier services as no guaranty is taken on postal service.
